Led Lighting Strategies
Since LED Lighting is all about better Energy consumption and Energy Savings, lighting controls are normally heavily employed in proper LED lighting strategies. Designers use all kinds of power saving sensors and dimmers to maintain maximum power savings.
Occupancy Sensor
Turns light ON and OFF when somebody moves into its range or when there is no further movement.
Vacancy Sensor
Turns light off when there is no movement within its range, but never turns it ON, the Consumer has to turn the light on when he/she gets into the room.
Dimmer
Controls the amount of power that is supplied to a light fixture which, in turn, determines the amount of illumination the fixture will produce.
Daylight Harvesting Sensor
A combination of Light Sensors and Dimmers to automatically achieve the right amount of lights and savings.
